Descriptif du poste

The international Business Development team is looking for dynamic, motivated Account Managers to contribute to the development of our UK market, including:

  • Individualized day-to-day management of a portfolio of more than 500 hotelier partners
  • Present our hotel partners with opportunities that will help improve business by increasing total monthly turnover: negotiation of better offers, rates, time slots, and allocations
  • Creation and analysis of Business Reviews (KPIs) for each hotel
  • Building productive relationships with partners across multiple markets and cities
  • Constant collaboration with the Market Manager in order to maintain new and existing relationships with accommodation partners in this market

Profil recherché

  • Native/fully bilingual English speaker required
  • French and/or other languages a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and sense of diplomacy, capable of convincing partners and implementing suggestions
  • 2-3 years of successful account management experience required
  • At ease with internet tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Dynamic, reactive, and able to prioritize busy workloads
  • Previous experience in the digital travel/tourism industry desired
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, especially OTAs is ideal
  • Personal culture fit for a dynamic, multicultural startup environment
