Job Description

Our Global Business Development team is looking for a dynamic, motivated Account Manager based in our Paris headquarters to contribute to the continuous growth and sustainability of our English-speaking markets. This role will ensure day-to-day business relationship management with our hotel partners and include the following missions:
• Day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of hotel partners connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
• Optimization of total monthly turnover via negotiation of better offers, rates, time slots, and allocations
• Personalised recommendations to each hotel in order to increase revenue and day to day booking and business volume
• Overview of pricing and availabilities
• Hands-on sourcing and negotiation of new offers
• Weekly action plans to ensure that supply levels and quality are consistent
• Regular competition analysis and monitoring
• KPI analysis and creation of business reviews that will contribute to strategic expansion
• Weekly reporting to Head of Account Management
• Strong inter-departmental collaboration (marketing, accounting and customer success)

Preferred Experience

• Native/perfectly bilingual English speaking and writing required
• Other languages are a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills, capable of convincing partners and implementing suggestions
• Hospitality or OTA experience is required
• At ease with a wide array of tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel etc
• Open minded, flexible and strong team working skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Adaptable, reactive, and able to prioritize busy workloads
• Personal culture fit for a dynamic, multicultural startup environment
