Descriptif du poste is looking to fill a multidimensional role that will directly contribute to global growth by delivering measurable results against business goals:

You will be in charge of developing’s business into one of our most established markets : Italy.
With great team mentality and a strong focus on your region, you will report to the Head of EU Sales.

Your Missions:

  • Play a central role in developing sales and product strategy for success in your market
  • Prospect, negotiate with, and enroll new hotel partners to's platform
  • Interact with hotel owners, general managers, directors of revenue, and directors of sales
  • Account management, optimization, and improvement of existing hotel offers
  • Negotiate and conclude local hotel groups and management companies’ contracts
  • Represent across your market via occasional business trips and during international fairs
  • Participation in various marketing, press relations, and communication projects
  • Optimization of commercial tools (CRM, back office, extranet, statistics …)
  • Competition monitoring

Profil recherché

  • Native/perfectly bilingual Italian speaker mandatory
  • Fully fluent English and/or French required
  • Bachelor degree or above with studies ideally in business or hospitality management
  • 3+ years of confirmed sales experience (successful business development and management of quality long-term customer relationships)
  • Familiarity of the particularities of Italian business culture
  • True business “hunter” profile
  • Understanding of the dynamics of the hospitality/digital travel industry, particularly hotels and OTAs, is ideal
  • Personal connections and network within the hospitality industry are a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset
  • Goal-oriented, agile, tenacious, and a fast learner
  • Personal culture fit for an dynamic, multicultural start-up environment
