Job Description

Job description : is looking for a dynamic and motivated profile to contribute to the development of our markets.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the growth of's activity by working on the acquisition of hotels (4* and 5* hotels) and on 3* on specific locations. Prospections are carried out via the Inside Sale, cold calling campaigns, animation of existing networks.

Main missions :

  • Build and manage its own pipeline and conduct campaigns to identify new hotel partners which correspond to the company's geographical position (cities, airports, etc.).
  • Identify telephone prospecting lists / emails of new prospects.
  • Present the company's services and benefits to future hotel partners.
  • Negotiate and set up attractive offers with future hotel partners.
  • Participate in the creation of the company’s new vertical within our first market.
  • Build strong relationships with current and future partners.
  • Prospection of new local or international hotel groups.
  • Develop the Sales & Commercial relationship with our Key Accounts partners (such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Radisson, etc.), boost the network, contribute to the affiliation of new establishments, share regular reports.
  • Weekly reporting between teams and management.
  • Conduct Market surveys : Analysis of company’s competitors
  • Help in processing specific requests from our customers.
  • Training of newcomers, management of 2 people.

Preferred Experience

You are graduated with a high education degree with a specialization ideally in international trade and / or in hospitality management
• Sales / Commercial experiences in the US market required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, familiar with different prospecting techniques and strength of proposal to constantly improve processes and improve performance
• Fluent English in order to interact with all hotel prospects and our international team
• Tenacious and results-oriented: a true “Hunter” salesperson
• Good communication skills, negotiation and diplomatic skills
• Analytical skills
• Ready to join a young, dynamic and multicultural start-up
• Good knowledge of the hospitality industry and e-tourism is an advantage.
