Reporting to the Head of the Account Management and Customer Success departments, the Cash Collector / Collection Officer is responsible for the cash collection / and the collection of hoteliers' receivables in all the markets with which Dayuse operates.

Main missions :

In collaboration with the accounting team and the Account Managers of the various markets, the cash collector / collection officer will be in charge of:

  • Establishing a strong collaboration with Account Managers and the accounting department,
  • Identifying partners who have not respected the contractual payment deadlines
  • Putting in place all the actions necessary for the recovery of debts by hoteliers (telephone reminders, email reminders, letters of formal notice, etc.)
  • Treatment of accounting disputes (disputed no-show)
  • Establishing reports on all collection activities

Preferred Experience

Preferred experience of 3 years minimum
At ease with internet tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel etc
Native/perfectly bilingual English & French speaker required
Dynamic, reactive, and able to prioritize busy workloads
At ease with working with figures
Excellent communication and sense of diplomacy
Tenacity and pugnacity
