Descriptif du poste

Our US Business Development team is looking for a dynamic, motivated Customer Success Coordinator based in our office in Paris to contribute to the development of our presence in the American market. This role will ensure day-to-day business relationship management between both partners (B2B) as well as clients (B2C) and include the following:

• Liaise between the guest and hotels: modification of reservations, handling special requests and inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Managing phone reservation requests
• Processing complaints and claims
• Deliver a high level of guest satisfaction management (we offer a 100% response service)
• Moderation of hotel partners exchanges (availabilities, new property pictures, offer improvement etc.)
• Building productive relationships with partners across multiple markets and cities
• Constant collaboration with US-based Market Managers in order to maintain new and existing relationships with accommodation partners in the US

Profil recherché

Native/perfectly bilingual English speaker required
• Spanish and/or French a strong plus
• First-hand comprehension of North American business culture
• Excellent communication and sense of diplomacy
• Hospitality experience desired: front desk, guest relations, or reception is ideal
• Previous experience in the digital travel industry, especially OTAs, is a strong plus
• At ease with internet tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel etc
• Dynamic, reactive, and able to prioritize busy workloads
• Flexible in work schedule and available for evening shift (until midnight)
• Personal culture fit for a dynamic, multicultural startup environment

Additional information:

• Must be authorized to legally work in France
• Contract: Full time permanent position
• Hours: Evening shift to align with US timezone (Mon - Fri until 02:00 AM)
• Location: 9th arr. in Paris, France
