Job Description

Our global Business Development team is looking for a dynamic motivated Customer & Partner Success Coordinator based in Montreal to contribute to the development of our presence in the North American market.
This role will ensure day-to-day business relationship management between both partners (B2B) as well as clients (B2C) and include the following missions:

• Liaison between our guests and our hotel partners: handling bookings, special requests, and responding to inquiries via phone and email
• Coordination of reservation logistics and problem solving including eventual book-out situations
• Processing customer reviews, complaints, and claims via several online tools and CRMs
• Delivery of high-level of guest satisfaction management (we offer a 100% response service)
• Moderation of hotel partner exchanges (availabilities, new property pictures, offer improvement etc.)
• Constant collaboration with account managers to optimize the performance of a vast partner portfolio
• Building productive commercial relationships with accommodation partners across multiple markets and cities in the US and Canada

Preferred Experience

• Perfectly bilingual level English and professional French in order to communicate with the team in Paris and around the world
• Excellent communication and diplomacy, capable of finding solutions and implementing suggestions
• Hospitality experience desired: front desk, guest relations, or reception is ideal
• At ease with wide array of online tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel etc
• Dynamic, reactive, and able to prioritize busy workloads
• Personal culture fit for a dynamic, multicultural startup environment

Additional Info:

• Start date: ASAP!
• Hours: Evening shift from 12:00 to 9:00 pm
• Location: Montreal, Canada in a fully remote position (for now, on-site office coming soon)
