Our APAC Business Development team is looking for a dynamic, motivated Account Manager based in Hong Kong to contribute to the development of our presence in the Singapore market.
This role will ensure day-to-day business relationship management with our partners and contracting of new hotels on our platform.
Day-to-day business relationship management will include the following missions:
Individualized day-to-day management of a portfolio of hotel partners
Presenting our hotel partners with opportunities that will help improve business by increasing total monthly turnover: negotiation of better offers, rates, time slots, and allocations
Creating and analysing of Business Reviews (KPIs) for each hotel
Building productive relationships with partners across multiple markets and cities
Being in constant collaboration with our on-site US-based Market Managers in order to maintain new and existing relationships with accommodation partners in this market
Weekly reporting to the Head of Account Management
The contracting of new hotels on our platform will include the following missions:
Build and manage your own pipeline and conduct campaigns to identify new hotel partners corresponding to the company's positioning (major cities, airports, etc.).
Qualify the telephone / email prospecting lists of new prospects.
Present the company's services and benefits to future hotel partners.
Negotiate and set up attractive offers with future partners.
Prospect for new local or international hotel groups.
Develop the commercial relationship with our Key Accounts partners (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Radisson...), boost the network, affiliate new establishments, share regular reports.
Weekly reporting between teams and management.
